Wash the kettle and the pan that you cooled the corn in after each batch.
Ingredients
- 9 cups of cooked Green Leaf Sweet Corn
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Remove uncooked sweet corn from the cob.
- Let sugar, boiling water, and salt come to a rolling boil and then add corn.
- Stir and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool the corn and then freeze.
